WE ACCEPT RETURNS WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY FOR ITEMS IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION THAT HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, ARE WITHOUT STAINS OR SIGNS OF WEAR, AND WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND ALL TAGS ATTACHED.

We do not currently offer free returns. You are responsible for the cost of your return. To arrange a return please contact us.

In the event we do not receive your return, we require your proof of postage in the form of a receipt, preferably with tracking included. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if this is unable to be provided.

HOW TO RETURN ONLINE
1. Contact/Email us with your order number and email address
2. Select the item(s) you would like to return and the reasons for your return or tell us if you'd like to exchange.
3. Once your order is accepted, please return your order using a suitable returns method and ensure you keep all receipts and tracking information. 

Returns may take a few days to reach us. We strive to process returns as soon as they arrive; however, during sales periods or around public holidays, please allow up to 28 days for your return to be processed.




REFUNDS
 
Please allow 10 working days from the date of receipt for returns to be inspected and processed.
Refunds will be issued on the cost at purchase price, excluding original shipping charges, back to the original method of payment. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.



 
ORDER CANCELLATION
We are happy to cancel any orders before they are processed by our warehouse, however we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations due to the volume of orders being received. Please contact us as soon as possible if a cancellation is required.
